Background
Zhuhai Airport is a quick transit and service platform for over 200 million people in major cities nationwide. It can handle 100,000 aircraft takeoffs and landings, 11 million passenger throughput, and 600,000 tons of cargo and mail throughput. The airport hosts the largest airshow in mainland China, the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition.
Challenges:
- There was no effective management and association between operational service processes, resource monitoring systems, and asset configuration information.
- Data from unified monitoring, power environment, network management software, and information security management platforms were dispersed and lacked effective integration.
- There was a lack of comprehensive statistical queries of operational information. It can’t display monitoring views, business views, etc.

- Established a unified and global IT operational data collection and service management system.
- Achieved the collection and scientific management of operational data, effectively measuring and evaluating the workload and service results of suppliers.
- Reduced the workload pressure on operational personnel, ensuring the continuous availability of the system.
