Responsibilities:

• Understand and control customer needs, accurately explain the value of the company’s products and solutions.
• Based on products and solutions, combined with customers’ business scenarios, design solutions that meet customers’ actual scenarios.
• In the important project delivery stage, guide and design delivery solutions and transfer to the project management team.
• Summarized operation and maintenance scenarios of customers in different industries, and empowered pre-sales and product teams.
• Use Axure or Sketch to draw prototypes of customized requirements and ensure the quality of the design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in R&D, products, SA related positions.
• PMP, ITIL certifications are preferred.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the project management knowledge system and process, with strong capabilities in planning and risk management.
• Familiar with and experienced in using operation and maintenance products, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
